Welcome to the California Department of Transportation, (Caltrans), Civil Rights, Title VI Program online training. The purpose of this training resource web page is to assist employees to comply with and carry out departmental policies and federal regulations, pertaining to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes (Title VI) in their day-to-day activities. It is highly recommended, employees receive Title VI training on an annual basis. The Title VI online training module and videos are self-paced. Additionally, the training material provided below will help fulfill the requirements within 23 Code of Federal Regulations, § 200.9 (b) (9) and Director's Policy - DP-28.

Caltrans employees - Please register via Staff Central, LMS to receive credit for taking the online training module - available soon! Until then, please print out a copy of the completion certificate and keep a copy for entering in your training history at a later date.
