Request for Proposals (RFP), Wine Country Interregional Partnership Phase III Travel Demand Model

The Lake County/City Area Planning Council (LAPC) in partnership with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting proposals for the creation of a travel demand model using TransCAD of Lake, Mendocino, Sonoma and Napa Counties. Caltrans and LAPC are cooperatively managing this project. Proposals must be submitted prior to 4:00 PM on December 1, 2008.
